How the programme works

One clear path, five steps, real progress.

You don't need a background in technology — only the willingness to learn something new. Each step builds on the last, so by the end you won't just understand AI, you'll have built and launched something of your own.

Work at your own pace, with plain-English lessons and a community of people from the Ukrainian community in the UK learning right beside you. A new country can mean a new skill — and a new start.

01 Step One

Choose Your Niche & Define the Problem

Every good AI product starts with a real problem worth solving. Before you build anything, you'll learn how to spot a problem that people genuinely feel — and would happily pay to have fixed.

We use a simple lens: the Problem → Urgency → Money triangle. A strong idea solves a real problem, one people feel urgency about, and one they will spend money to solve. If all three line up, you're onto something.

You'll also meet the 5 Stages people move through — Emotional, Finance, How-to, Products and Service — so you can meet your future customers exactly where they are.

  • Pick a niche that fits your interests and your community
  • Test an idea against the Problem → Urgency → Money triangle
  • Recognise which of the 5 Stages your customer is in

Pick Your Model, Ecosystem & Tool

With a problem in mind, it's time to choose the AI that will help you solve it. In this programme we use Anthropic's Claude — a helpful, capable AI assistant that's friendly for beginners and powerful enough for real work.

You'll learn the three ways to work inside the Claude ecosystem, each suited to a different job:

  • Claude Chat — talk to it in plain language to think, plan and draft
  • Claude as a Coworker — bring it into the tools you already use
  • Claude Code — use it to actually build working software

By the end you'll know which part of the ecosystem to reach for, and why — no guesswork.

03 Step Three

Build It — Front End & Back End

Now we turn the idea into a real app. You'll learn the two halves of every product: the front end — the part your users see and click — and the back end — the logic and data working quietly behind the scenes.

You won't be memorising code. Instead you'll learn beginner-friendly "vibe coding" with Claude: you describe what you want in plain words, and build it together, one small step at a time.

It's hands-on, it's forgiving, and it's where your idea finally starts to feel real.

  • Understand how the front end and back end fit together
  • Build a simple, working app by describing it to Claude
  • Make changes confidently, without fear of breaking things

04 Step Four

Deploy It — Vercel & GitHub

A product no one can reach isn't finished yet. In this step you'll put your app live on the internet, so anyone with the link can use it.

You'll use two trusted, free tools: GitHub to safely store your code, and Vercel to publish it to the world. We walk through it click by click — no scary command line surprises.

When you finish this step, you'll have a real web address you can proudly share with friends, family and your first customers.

  • Store your project safely on GitHub
  • Publish your app to the internet with Vercel
  • Share a live link to a product that's truly yours

05 Step Five

Marketing & Sales — Get Your First Customers

Your product is live — now it's time for people to find it. This final step is about reaching the right people and making your very first sales, gently and honestly.

You'll learn to communicate clearly using the CLEAR framework: Clarity, Logic, Example, Adapt and Review — a simple checklist for messages people understand and trust.

By the end, you'll know how to describe what you offer, who it's for, and why it helps — and how to turn that into your first paying customers.

  • Write clear, honest messages using the CLEAR framework
  • Reach the people who need what you've built
  • Make your first sales with confidence
